Do you really mean “every user” and not just project managers? Wouldn't this be reflected by giving all users correspondingly restricted access to the office area, in which only calculated hours are then displayed?

Arne Semmler: I mean for every user so that every editor can see how many hours they have left to edit. And the problem with access to the office area is that it gives you access to billing states/invoices/offers at the same time, which in turn is not desired.

Celina Stiehl: Have you already activated the option shown below under Settings -> Staff -> Working hours? This ultimately shows exactly this ratio (however, effort spent to deployment budget - not to offer calculation, because the deployment budget is usually lower) - but as a percentage. Many customers use this option when they want to give the team feedback on the cost status of the project.

Arne Semmler: We have already activated this, but it is difficult to understand it with the percentage. As an employee, I am interested in how many hours of which output I have spent. Since I can't see what kind of deployment budget has been planned and what services this includes, the percentage is barely meaningful to me. Perhaps the new offer hasn't even been added yet.
Arne Semmler
Celina Stiehl: Ok, I understand. Then there is the question: Should the actual hours then be the hours assigned to me as an individual in accordance with deployment planning or the hours according to the operational budget (which apply to the entire team that processes the respective service).

Arne Semmler: I find more sense for the entire team. Otherwise, it is difficult when represented or provided with short-term support.
