If the subcontractor is used for expenditure phases, it would be easiest if he would record the working hours directly in projo.
You can already create an MA for this purpose, but this can also see other MA via the attendance and absence calendar.
A completely reduced option would be better, where the subcontractor can only enter his working hours.

The path is as follows:
Under Office->Subcontractor, you select the relevant subcontractor or create a new one.
Once you have clicked on the subcontractor, there is a “Subcontractor” tab where employees can be added using the blue “+ create” button. These employees also appear in their own invoices in positions that are billed according to time. 
Note: As long as this user is active, an additional PROJO license (user fee) will be charged.

This is now implemented in such a way that you can create access for the subcontractor under Office -> Subcontractor -> Employee.
