Color mark days on which a part-time worker is not working

The employee->"employee name” ->times-> monthly overview would be easier to read if days when a part-time employee is not working are marked in color. Similar to how public holidays are marked in red, weekends in blue and the current day in green.
Perhaps a yellow/orange for a part-time employee who is not present?

Benedikt Voigt great, thank you so much! I also find future coloring useful.
Is it possible to distinguish between intentionally unfilled days (in the case of a part-time employee who is contractually coming Mon-Thu and therefore never fills out Friday) and unintentionally/unintentionally not completed days? Both cases are currently marked as yellow.
Currently, the color shift is as follows:
green: current day
blue: weekend
red: public holiday
yellow: all uncompleted working days (intentionally (part-time) and also unintentionally)
I think the color selection would make more sense as follows:
green: current day
blue: weekend
red: unfilled day - unintentional/unintentional
yellow: public holidays and intentionally not filled out (part-time) - virtually the days on which work is not done according to plan

Good idea! Unfilled days are now marked in yellow, even for full-time employees.
Does it fit that way?

Benedikt Voigt: If I see it correctly, this only applies in the personal area and only for data that is in the past. Wouldn't it also be good to transfer this to the “future”?

I see it that way too.
