Partial service templates - differentiation between lists provided by the project and office-specific lists

In the project settings, projo offers the option to create and change partial service templates.
Basic tables are already provided on the project side.
It would be good if these were provided/curated as immutable bases of, so that they are not accidentally modified/overwritten.
A distinction should also be made graphically between a list provided by projo and an individual list.
