Part-time employee capacity utilization display

Our part-time employees have the problem that when they call up their deployment planning, it does not show the overload in%, but in the attached example, it is 61% or 48% for the next 2 weeks. In the admin view, however, it shows 105% or 129% for the next 2 weeks. As a result, this employee is actually overworked. However, the employees think that they are underworked according to the deployment planning in Projo. In Projo, the 105% and 129% of their overview should also be displayed for part-time employees, and not different utilization percentages for one and the same person in software.

When planning assignments, full-time employees have a capacity of 100% = 40 hours.
Part-time workers who are only there half the time, for example, have a capacity of 50% = 20 hours.
The 20 hours correspond to 100% of the part-time worker's working time and should be listed as 100% in the deployment planning. The total capacity of part-time workers is currently stated as 50%. We have a few part-time employees with different working time models and it is incredibly difficult to remember each employee's hours. It would therefore be more appropriate to state that 20 hours of working time for a part-time worker is 100%.
The display is also different for employees and project managers. Employee sees 50%, project manager 100% (see screenshots above).
