It is currently the case that when an invoice is generated (I don't mean the PDF, but the draft invoice for now), an initial name is assigned to each attachment
For example, “Performance level + payments”.
You can also manually adjust this name in the attachment.
If you then generate the PDF in English,
Only Projo's own texts are translated into English
not your own texts.
And the names of the attachments are then separate texts.

Benedikt Voigt We had already heard that and understood it as such. Therefore, these initial names cannot be translated.
(It would be obvious to me that if I change them, ok, then I have to translate myself. But the given terms could still be translated (advance calculation, for example))
If this is not possible, ask whether the “PDF in English” check box cannot also be checked when you select Copy invoice text from previous invoice.
The same would then apply to the headings.
If I translated it for the 1st AZ, could he go through with it and take over? Just a thought.

Kathrin Tust: Okay, good ideas. We are happy to incorporate the following two points from the previous calculation:
1) Whether the invoice should be presented in English
2) the name of the main annex.
