Automatically update “remaining budget from last period”

At the turn of the year, projo calculates the “remaining budget from the last period” for vacations and adds this to the current vacation entitlement.
However, if the Christmas vacation, for example, is added retrospectively, Projo does not update the calculations.
This results in increased administrative costs and is prone to errors.
In our opinion, Projo should update the transfer retroactively until the period is blocked.
In my opinion, the point is also related to these two:
In our opinion, by combining the three concerns, projo could be further developed in a meaningful way and “round off” the function.

It shouldn't be too complex. However, it is not clear to me what you mean by the fact that the transfer is updated retroactively until the period is blocked. Which lock do you mean? The working time lock? Maybe you could add a quick screenshot so we're talking about the same thing.

I just thought it wouldn't make sense to let this update always run over all years and wondered how you could (comprehensibly) restrict this:
Var 1 - the transfer is always recalculated for the last calendar year. At the turn of the year from 24 to 25, it is assumed that no more vacation entitlement will be changed in 23. That would be a viable option for me.
Var 2 - you link the calculation period to the global lock under Settings/Employees/Working Hours.
Then the regular recalculation would probably usually be shorter, but could also be increased to x years if you wanted to do that for once.
Both okay, I think.

Dear Benedikt (Benedikt Voigt), the year is drawing to a close and I would like to move this point forward again. What do you think, is there anything else that can be done about it? VG! Jan
