Here is another addendum: It is currently the case that there is a kind of “two-tier system” when it comes to vacation approval. Persons with all rights (= management) receive a notification with a direct approval option. Other employees with fewer rights receive a notification that they can only “mark as read” -> they must “guess” the need for active vacation approval and thus the way to the dashboard. As a result, there is a break in the process and vacation requests run in the sand/get stuck somewhere. At least a note in the notification in the direction of 'Office -> Dashboard' would be helpful for employees.
