Our employees usually work in different project teams and need vacation replacement within each of these teams (for absences longer than 3AT). In our current software solution for absence management, this is solved in such a way that an unlimited number of representatives can be named as part of the vacation request. Using a comment field, the named representatives can be assigned to projects (MA1 - P1, MA2 - P2,...). Each of these appointed representatives must then approve the vacation request in stage 1 before it is submitted to the approver level 2 for approval. In our own and global calendar, the coordinated representations are then visible to everyone.

It would be very helpful to have such a functionality in projo so that the absence management could then also be displayed there.
