Contract options for subcontractors to the same extent as main contracts

It would be very practical if you could also create the surcharges/reductions, discounts, etc. separately in the subcontractors' contracts — i.e. in principle the same structure/process as with the main contracts.
The option of being able to export the subcontractor contracts would also be great.

Check or transfer invoices from subplanners
The correct procedure is to enter each sub-invoice with its position.
In the sub-planner's invoice, his additional costs are shown at the end of the invoice (usually and also formatted this way by Projo when creating your own invoice)
In subplanner management in Projo, however, this is not possible separately; I always have to include the NK in the sub-planner's order total.
This means that I can't compare the figures directly, which makes checking/transferring the sub-invoice to Projo difficult/time-consuming.
Can you fix that?
In principle, separate identification of the NK or other surcharges and reductions in sub-planner administration would be helpful.
thanks

Hi Fritz, Felix. There is already another Canny point for this, which includes defining NK for subplanners in the first place. This has not yet been envisaged. It is also not absolutely necessary to divide payments between the individual services in projo - it simply increases the accuracy of payment planning for subcontractors somewhat in the future (depending on the constellation). I'm merging both points

Hi Arne Semmler, thanks for merging! The effects are even more far-reaching, for example, it is sometimes (rarely) that our subs have more NK hits etc. than we do. In this case, an intermediate step using Excel is necessary to create this service, because then we cannot go over a percentage of our services. Separately recording the surcharges and reductions of sub-planner services would also simplify this process. (In addition to auditing). I think that is also described in the other Canny point.

Fritz, Felix: Would you also use a fee calculator according to HOAI at subcontractor level to recalculate subcontractor fees or would that be “overkill” from your point of view?

Fritz, Felix
Arne Semmler: When we conclude contracts with sub-planners, it is usually based on our main mandate. It would therefore be interesting to be able to somehow link this to “our” offers in Projo, if that is what is meant.
We conclude a contract with the sub and could then generate the fee offer, which we offer, from Projo. We usually do this transparently so that the sub sees exactly what percentage of our main mandate he has to forego.
Arne Semmler
Fritz, Felix Thank you, that's enough for now. In other words, would you ideally need surcharges and additional costs for each sub-contract as well as an additional information on what% discount there should be (or how currently: what% of the fee he receives)? As a freestyle, reference could instead be made to any HOAI calculator in the contract (and a percentage could be given as to what% of this HOAI calculator has been agreed upon.)

What usecases might others of the voters have here?

It would also make our work much easier if the discounts could be applied analogously to the main order. A uniform structure would make processing significantly more efficient.
In addition, the option of issuing an external service contract — structured in a similar way to the fee offer — would be a great advantage for us. This would not only simplify internal processing, but would also contribute to clearer communication with our partners.
