At the moment, you can find yourself under employees in the employee list, e.g. View the weekly working hours per employee and the sum of them.

When choosing “Show or hide columns”, it would be great to also have the opportunity to see hours converted to a full-time equivalent.

The other option, which we always need for subsidies and health insurance companies), goes like this:
< 30h = 0,75, >< 10 h = 0.25, < 20 h = 0.5, 30 h = 1.0 
Have a look at whether both variants can be set optionally.
