For us, the service month is generally = billing month in order to be able to report costs and services in the same month, as our costs are usually linear to the services (mainly hourly statements). At the end of services=end of month, Projo automatically moves the invoice to the payment plan for the following month. This is the same with automatic payment plans (monthly interval). Unless the end of service in the contract structure is set to a date BEFORE the end of the month and the start date for monthly billing intervals is also set at the beginning to a date before the previous end of the month. Expected invoices for the service month then appear in the payment plans. It would be easier for us to have a one-time dialing option in the settings so that the payment plan is not reserved for the following month, but for the month in which the service is provided.
