In addition to the box for the page number, you can now use a second box, in which you enter the project number, for example.

Benedikt Voigt: Hi Benedict!
I created the second box with project number and project name. However, it only appears on invoices and offers but unfortunately not on the time sheets, where the information is urgently needed.
Is there a solution to this?
Benedikt Voigt
Inga Böker: I've just tried it out on your account (but locally). It also works in the time sheets, but the “position from above” is set too high. Can you set it a bit lower?

Benedikt Voigt: Thanks, I can now also see the line in the attachments. However, there are now two further difficulties:
1) Portrait and landscape mode: Depending on the format, you should be able to set the position separately. For example, “position from top 10 mm”, the line is only visible in portrait mode in landscape mode it is not there
2) High format: On page 1 of the invoice, the position of the box is different from, for example, on the time journal
Since in my case the project number and project name as well as the name of the project are already on the first page of an offer/invoice, it would be nice to have the option to optionally switch off the box for the first page.

In general, I find the column formation in the time journal difficult to read. This cannot be adjusted in the layout area. For long employee assignments, these are spread over 3 lines, the invoice date over two, the € unit jumps to the next line and white space everywhere in between.

Alexandra Kiendl: You can adjust the column width under Settings -> Offer/Invoice -> Layout settings in the “Timelist column width” box at the bottom left.
