from ARC: The landscape format in the PDF is used in various places, e.g. in the HOAI overview in the offer, or service attachment to the invoice. It should be possible to define your own invoice layout for landscape format.

Unfortunately, the function “Show changes per field” does not work for internal office fields or is displayed as a small booklet for certain field types (such as date), but not clickable. There is also a spelling mistake in text fields that are not filled out: “MISS S ING” -> would be nicer if it could be filled with your own or alternative text.

Currently, you can only define stationery with an associated layout in the layout settings. It would be desirable if you could create several layouts. In the Customers section, you could then set which layout should be used for which customer.

It would be helpful if there was a higher-level description for each project (as is already available for individual contracts) and you could then display it as an additional column in the project list.

There is, after all, the Performance Tags function, which we use to specify our areas of expertise. This allows us to assign the created positions in the contract structure individually to one of the specialist areas. It would be useful if you could assign a performance group — including all positions in it — to a performance tag with one click. Clicking on each individual position is annoying. You can also adjust the status for all positions in the performance group at the same time. That should also be possible here. In addition, these performance tags must also be evaluable. We need these evaluations in order to be able to understand what turnover the specialist areas generate (including branch-related sales).

Is it possible to enter the total values in the header of the “Projects” and “Employees” columns?

We do not use black as the font color, unfortunately an adjustment is not possible at the moment - but in our opinion it would be necessary (corporate identity).

It is currently possible to store a signature for offers or invoices throughout the office. It would make more sense if this could be stored for each user and the signature of the “creator” was displayed by default. However, it should still be possible to change or hide it using the selection menu in the editor.

Self-defined public holidays should be able to be assigned to a location, because there are some public holidays that are handled differently from region to region within a federal state.
