In GP contracts, we have only found one way to display the order backlog by cost center (KS). In Project -> Cost Analysis, we filter by KS. The costs are added up per KS; the contract amounts are not (red rectangle). Could this be added in the short term?

Currently, the billing method can only be changed for the service, not for the service group. However, if such a group contains several identical services, it would be nice if they could all be changed at the same time so as not to click on them all individually. Is that easy?

The selection options for employee time bookings would be much more readable + clearer if you could also assign short texts in the management texts of the contract structure. The long texts are only required when invoicing the client.

The new, i.e. current behavior for additional costs (or other surcharges and reductions) is: Case 1:10,00000% is represented as 10% Case 2:10.1245% is presented as 10.1245% It would probably be better if case2 as 10.12% * is displayed. And only when the number is clicked should the full precision be shown. But how should this be presented in the calculation? Even with an asterisk?

We would like to use the “CONTRACTS” button to create a list that contains the contract date. Unfortunately, this date cannot be selected in the Show/Hide column.

For each project, projo offers a “Project Controlling” tab. This should also be displayed at contract level and then only represent the contract.

Schamp&Schmalöer: When defining internal office fields, multiple selections should be possible (at least in the selection list).

All assigned performance dates should be displayed in the contract structure. When you click on a label, the selection dialog for changing the tags should appear.

The “status” and “active” columns could be merged using the mockup below. It should be possible to set the filter accordingly: active flag AND contains contracts with status1 OR status2 OR status3. Alternatively, we'll leave it in two columns and just adjust the Status column according to the bottom line in the mockup. Drüberhoven displays “Contract status: 2 accepted, 1 paused, 4 acquisitions.”
