Authorization to rebook employee time

In order to be able to rebook hours for all employees, the permission “Employees: General, Times, Absences, Capacity” is required. This also provides insight into sensitive data such as vacation days, AZ account, productivity, etc. It should be possible for project managers to rebook hours from all project employees (not just their own) without this authorization.

I have found a solution for this since it also bothered us a lot. This is not obvious and even the support team couldn't tell us that way, so I'm not even sure whether it's all intentional.
I described this here (last comment):

From our point of view, this is really important. The project managers check the time sheets and thus also whether the correct services have been booked.
They are also responsible for verifying the time sheets for services before they are invoiced; it would also be useful if the project managers could rebook hours.
Or if you decide against the project managers doing this, that you simply do not have to link it to the comprehensive authorizations as you currently have, and can therefore entrust the task to a suitable group of people who may not need these comprehensive authorizations.
