We also sometimes have the case that several construction phases (BA) are billed individually, e.g.:
- 1. BA: 5 interim invoices, 1st partial final invoice
- 2nd BA: 5 interim invoices, 2nd partial final invoice
- 3. BA: 5 interim invoices, final invoice
After each partial final invoice, the previous interim invoices are then settled; that is the meaning of a partial final invoice, that these pro rata services are final and no longer appear.

The implemented solution (automatically generating a new contract) was rejected again. Instead, everything should take place in the same contract and the phases should have the status “partially calculated”.

Step 1 is now implemented as follows:
When a partial final invoice has been issued, a button appears that allows the phases that have not yet been billed to be transferred to a new contract.
