Feature Requests

We need an overview of the entire year (and more) of how the projects and deployment planning/ schedules (LPH) work and what the workload of employees looks like accordingly. We are currently doing this with another program (Merlin) and therefore have an overview of the workload of our team in the respective LPH and capacities over all projects and years. We will miss this overview very much, the assignment planning projects at Projo “only” shows the overview of full-time employees, this is currently not available to us. It would be useful to present the LPH/ workloads. Since this is already linked anyway. It is error-prone and time-consuming to transfer the respective deployment planning back to another program for an overview. Please vote for it:) it would be great and useful to be able to display this in Projo!

Since schedules are often planned in calendar weeks, it would be desirable to display the calendar weeks in deployment planning.

At the moment, you can only plan assignments for the next 3 weeks in advance before switching to the average view. As discussed in the user group, it should be possible to set office-wide whether you want to see this view or should be displayed for more weeks before switching to the average view.

It would be good if, in the office-wide view of projects->deployment planning projects, the pure subcontractor services were not managed (on/off button would be helpful) so that it would not be too confusing and improve performance.

If employees scheduled in deployment planning are limited exclusively to services that are “on call”, these costs should already receive the “on call” flag and be distributed accordingly among the “on call” services. Currently, this does not happen if there is any other service in parallel that does not have the “on demand” flag - see screenshot:

At present, projo automatically resets the project views from expert mode to simple mode after a few hours, at the latest at night, in order to provide a tidy view again the next morning. It should be possible to turn off this behavior (in personal settings).

In expert mode in deployment planning, the currently entered performance level should also be displayed in a column.

It would be useful to see the available capacity directly in the deployment planning. This would save you the intermediate step via the employee side.

Deployment planning should be possible not only based on the profit target, but also on the remaining fee that is still available. Most of these figures can already be read in the Project Controlling tab and should also be able to be displayed in the expert mode of deployment planning.
