We want single sign-on with Azure AD so that user logings from the Office 365 ActiveDirectory can be synchronized with projo and our employees can log on to as many of our services as possible and also to projo with the same password.

It would be nice if it was possible to enter recurring, contractually agreed additional payments such as Christmas bonus (13th month salary), vacation pay, etc., in Projo's contract information, which are then automatically apportioned to the monthly salary by Projo so that they evenly burden the projects. In liquidity planning, however, they should be taken into account with their actual payment date.

It would be good if an additional field could be set up for retirement planning. Currently, only one value can be entered for economics but not for company pension plans. A field with start, employer share and insurance name would be very helpful

Reloading historical contract periods in employee management differs from other corresponding parts of the program in the UI. The button should be moved to the left and labelled “reload previous contract periods x”. Be provided with an additional (i) text: “(i) If more than X| Contract periods are hidden from previous contract periods.”

It should be possible to create new MA who have already signed a contract without them being seen in MA lists, which MA can access without extended personnel rights - or are shown to them - such as absence lists/MA lists/birthday lists, etc. This option is also available the other way around for MA who have resigned. If the information about the setting may not yet be known, but the administration must already be brought up to date.

At the moment, the attendance list in the personal area shows all employees who have logged in to Projo at least once on this day. However, if you close your browser or log out of projo, you will still be shown as signed in. Both variants should be possible here or the choice should be made which of the two methods is used.

It should be possible to create internal office fields (->employees) that employees can edit themselves in the personal area.

Since the employee base already knows when the last conversation and the next conversation will take place, it would also be good if this topic were also given a single tab. In the tab, the minutes of the conversation with internal/external notes can then be stored, as well as other documents, which are then displayed chronologically

In the list of employees, you can filter according to various criteria. If you click on a person and then want to use the “scroll function” from the personnel data set, Projo always scrolls through the entire list of employees, not through the list compiled using a filter. projo should scroll through the filter. Ideally, it is also possible to change the scroll button so that Projo scrolls through the unfiltered list instead.

Currently, you can export the time journal of individual collaborators as PDF and Excel, but the AZ account can only be exported as a PDF. An export of the AZ Journal is also required.
