I was also able to reproduce the issue in my test system (1461) sdb. If a public holiday is created for 2025 and the check mark is set repeatedly, it will only be carried over to 2026. From 2027 onwards, it will no longer be displayed.

If additional public holidays are assigned a factor, e.g. 24.12 with 0.5 as half a holiday, then a full day of vacation is calculated in the case of a vacation request for 24/12 with an hour, e.g. 4 hours for half a vacation day. If you omit the hour information and simply apply for a vacation day, projo calculates half a vacation day.
