In addition to the internal office fields, which appear once per project, it would also be great to create your own fields, which then appear in the respective contracts.

Unfortunately, when creating internal office fields, you can only change the field type if it was created as a selection menu. All others cannot be changed, so you have to delete the entire point and create it again. A change option would be useful.

We would appreciate it if the project number could also be predefined for the format variables for offers — similar to invoices.

Currently, only the download format for invoices can be defined in projo. It would be useful to provide this feature for offers as well.

It is currently not possible to adjust the font size or a text break in the fee tables in the offer. When a service is offered after hours or effort, a longer text is often added for more detailed explanation. Please make these adjustments possible. Thank you so much

Hi, there is currently only a common number range for customers (clients) and suppliers (subcontractors). It would be nice here if there were two separate number ranges.

Customer-specific (office-internal) fields should also be able to be created for customer contacts in order to be able to select and categorize contacts for export.

For backup and recovery or even transfer to another account, it would be helpful to be able to save the settings as a file and import them again. When importing, it should be possible to select which settings categories (menu sub-items) are restored.

It would also be very helpful to be able to store documents in the respective field groups (e.g. project profile, explanatory report, etc.). For this, a “document” field type must be available.
