Good morning everyone, In our experience, creating deployment planning in Projo and maintaining it on a project-specific basis works quite well. However, what we are not doing so well yet is finding out which jobs we have to take care of because they are not/too low planned. Yes, I can see this in the project/deployment planning staff overview, but it becomes confusing after a certain number of employees. Although you can filter the list according to certain criteria, you cannot filter the list according to the level of planned/free capacity. Is this option available somewhere and I just can't find it? If not, I would like to be able to represent it in this way. I would like to be able to specify 1- MA scheduled from [start date] with less than x% 2- MA scheduled for the period [start date] to [end date] with less than x% What do you think? VG! J

It would be very helpful for us if, when planning assignments within the project, we could subsequently change the capacity/hours with which the employees are planned. It is not possible to see retrospectively which services the MA is planned for. This is only possible via MA view. It would be nice if I could see directly in deployment planning how many hours/percentages can be seen directly in deployment planning when I click on the employee. When I assign the benefits to the MA in the project and schedule them, I only see the service currently selected for planning and the employee. If the MA is already scheduled for x hours for this service, it would be helpful to see and be able to change it here. It would be great if I could immediately see where and with how many hours the employee is scheduled and could also change that. Currently, I can only go to “Remove Capacity” and delete everything if I want to change something. For services that run consistently over several months, it would also be great if we could simply plan back from the budget, i.e. z.B. Plan 50% of the budget over the selected months for employee XY and this results in the hours that are available to him/her.

Would you please add a 2nd decimal place to the unit “FTE” and correctly represent roundings or additions (see screenshots: FTE_1 sum of FTEs from Katja and Vanessa wrong and Vanessa (planned with 0.9 FTE on 2 parallel work phases)) actually only planned with 0.45 FTE, not 0.5 FTE///FTE_2: Frank 10 hours/week = 0.25 FTE, but presented with 0.3 FTE - > both raise unnecessary questions...).

In the Project Staff deployment planning view, the time periods cannot currently be edited directly.

Unfortunately, it is currently only possible to display ONE employee category at a time. It would be great to select several employee categories at the same time, for example only the productive employees (without the MA, who only book at general expense). For clarity, you can also use it as a drop-down menu with checkmarks. Thank you so much

In Projo, contract deadlines can be defined in the overview tab. It would be very helpful for planning if these were displayed in deployment planning.

For the years from the year after next, projo currently only shows one column per year. This is a bit too rough, especially for longer-term projects. It should be possible to open at least quarters here

In deployment planning, the display of the workload should be freely adjustable by the user — either in FTE or in hours. When choosing the hour display, the actual available hours per employee should be displayed, automatically calculated correctly on the basis of full-time or part-time. This eliminates the need to manually convert FTE into hours and makes deployment planning much clearer and faster.

If an MA hasn't written any hours in a project for a certain period of time (e.g. 3-6 months), then it should be automatically removed. The option would be great.

It should be possible to eject deployment planning and/or deployment planning views (projects, employees, next week, project employees) like the rest of the lists.
