If employees are created in Projo with a future start date, I believe that the status should only switch to 'active' when the date is reached, not when the person is created. Unfortunately, the person can only be set to inactive if an end date has been entered in the contract data beforehand. In the employee lists, there is no charming solution to get a quick number of employees. Filtering the start of the contract means that you must either know the entry of the person who has been there the longest or find out by sorting in advance... then enter the date period. I have the explicit case that I would like to check the number of employees in December for a payment in kind order. But since I have already recorded admissions for 01/2026 and 03/2026, these people are already showing up and I have to mentally calculate them. Filtering via the inlet is cumbersome, as described above. Projo has the status' active '/' inactive 'anyway, so please only when you join or rejoin.

It would be nice if employee data such as anniversaries and end of the trial period were loaded into the team calendar (in the team area). It would be best if you could choose which anniversaries would be broadcast: 1st + 3rd year, e.g.

Documents can be stored “with employees” that are part of the digital personnel file. Some can be uploaded by employees themselves, others cannot. But regardless of this, it should be possible for people with extended rights to change these document names directly in projo.

After employees have uploaded documents (fare receipts or the like) to their personal area, they should also be able to delete them again.

It would be nice if the employee calendar would continue to be maintained. The reminders when, for example, the trial period is over or being able to set reminders yourself are very practical.

It would be nice if you could also register the expiry of the work permit/residence permit again.
