We would like to create a list of employees that shows who receives additional benefits such as bAV and VwL. The informative values of company pension plans and capital benefits can be stored under employee data. However, these are not available if the information is to be displayed as a column in the employee overview.

An email reminder is required when working with the company, as for birthdays.

An MA who changes location, as far as it concerns another federal state, also has other public holidays - but of course only from the date of the change.

Hi Projo team, With an MA, I have created a new contract period in the future. This change was accepted without any problems. It has now become apparent that the adjustment will not be made after all, so I have deleted the two new contract periods in the future and deleted the end date for the current contract period. Everything is now displayed correctly in the contract overview, but Kapa planning has not accepted the change. In order to trigger an update for this, I have to completely delete the contract period, which actually had an end date that was deleted, once + reinserted. In my opinion, this is not associated with a meaningful purpose and is probably a bug. Request a fix, because it can lead to strange reactions in the team (today I was asked whether the MA in question would stop from next month because Kapa planning had taken over the old end date).

In offices where 100% of overtime is paid, it should be possible to send a daily notification to employees when the target working hours have been exceeded. Either after the lessons have been booked, or when using the stopwatch, after reaching his daily target working time. This is to prevent unexpected costs for the office.

Capacity planning with activated “New Deployment Planning”: The presentation of employee weeks in which employees are not available (vacation 100%, end of employment, parental protection) is currently bright green and dark red in the workload call. This presentation seems confusing to me (green: well utilized, dark red: completely overbooked) A more intuitive display would be greying out or light blue during vacation time planning with “New deployment planning” activated:

At the moment, you can find yourself under employees in the employee list, e.g. View the weekly working hours per employee and the sum of them. When choosing “Show or hide columns”, it would be great to also have the opportunity to see hours converted to a full-time equivalent.

Employee list - “Start of current contract period” We would find it useful if the information about the “start of current contract period” could also be shown in an individually configured list in the employee list (under office area/employees/employees). background: We generally make salary adjustments on a uniform date throughout the office. For this purpose, we create a new contract period under Office Area/Employee/ [Name] /Contract Information. This starts on a globally defined date. If I now want to check whether the contract periods have been updated for all employees, I am interested in exactly this value.

Capacity planning with activated “New Deployment Planning”: If I try to enter 80% in an absolute 8h project for an employee with a working time model, 6.4 hours (80% *8h) are finally entered. Since I'm already counting on absolute hours, this is annoying.
