Checked cost categories with the “Plus” from the BWA that are drawn on the “Imported Costs” can no longer be removed. Here, the option to remove them again would be great!

Until now, projo represents the planned amount of an invoice in liquidity planning, not the amount generated in the draft. Since this may differ from planning, it would be desirable for projo to represent the amount from the planning in liquidity. It would be best if you could adjust the amount of liquidity that is managed.

In notifications at the beginning of a month, projo provides information on which projects the forecast result has changed by more than ± 3%. We find this function very useful and would like to have it more integrated into projo. 1- Presentation on the dashboard Exactly the same information as shown in the notifications could be shown here. However, it is nicer if “the last month” was dynamic, i.e. always shows the last 4 weeks, for example. 2- Display as a column in the project list Here, the change could be displayed on a project-by-project basis, dynamically for the last 4 weeks. This would also simplify controlling in terms of checking data integrity, as major changes are quickly noticed and you can therefore immediately check whether there is a plausible or implausible reason (any mistake) for the changes, which can then be corrected if necessary.

A few weeks ago, the column “Project liquidity from today” was removed from the project list. We found this column quite informative, as it was possible to see in the summer of all projects here whether the projects were theoretically financed/covered/can be completed economically - i.e. the income from today outweighs the planned expenditure from today The corresponding point has already been made here: https://feedback.projo.berlin/feature-requests/p/projektliste-neue-spalte-ergebnis-ab-heute Finding the right definition for the value here is certainly not entirely trivial, so I'll try again here to describe what we expected from it. 1- simple definition Is the sum of all income from today greater than the sum of all expenditure (It's meant to be as simple as that.) 2- Try a more precise definition Total of all planned invoices in accordance with the payment plan minus all costs in accordance with deployment planning and all expected sub-contractor invoices in accordance with the respective payment plan. (Actually not such a complex deffinition either...;)) As soon as the payment plans are used for consideration, in my opinion, the status of the benefit items does not have to be checked again (commissioned, on demand, etc.). This should actually result in a plausible number.

Here is another request - had already posted the item under “Bugs”: Please program the “Contracts” item under “Liquidity (with past)” so that you can change the chronological order by clicking on it. The presentation is currently such that the numbering starts with the “old” contracts - but we would like to start with the latest contracts. That was possible a few months ago, but then it wasn't anymore.

In Projo, it is possible to create expected payments “on demand” (with a freely defined payment plan). At the same time, Projo could automatically generate such expected payments “on demand” even for “on demand” service phases. The manually defined payments “on demand” are currently not displayed either in the payment plan overview or in liquidity planning. <auf Abruf>It would be ideal if the expected payments were “on demand” in payment plans and liquidity planning (similar to resource planning with a “Show payments” button).

Acquisition entries in the new acquisition list can be assigned an expected income and an order probability. If you add a schedule, the potential income was included as a separate “light green” category on the revenue side of liquidity planning (can be switched on and off). The calculation would be as follows: Order amount x probability (in percent) = potential revenue. For example, a benefit with €100,000 order value and a term of one month of an acquisition entry with 10% order probability would appear in December 2025 with €10,000 on the credit side of liquidity for December 2025 - obviously deducted from the services actually commissioned.

Unpaid overtime is currently being booked as a cost for the project. However, these costs do not apply in real terms. Would it be possible not to book the booked unpaid overtime as a cost?

It is probably the case that if you have created a final invoice and then archive the project directly, this final invoice and its value are no longer included in the access to liquidity. So you have to remind yourself that you won't archive this project until a much later date so that the liquidity evaluations still represent actual access to liquidity. In our opinion, the function of archiving the project in projo should be completely independent of liquidity evaluations. Archiving itself has nothing to do with whether the cash flow takes place or not, but archiving is simply a status of the project.

It would be great if you could click on “Average” for everyone at the same time at the top of the columns, for example. In my opinion, it makes sense to select the average for all employees at the end of the year with good data maintenance, as this represents the correct personnel costs.
