It would be great if a function for booking flexible office workspaces was added in the personal area. Since ProJo already has the information on the working time models of all MA whose illness may be working from home, this should actually be easy to implement and would be a very practical addition. Ideally, you could create a schematic diagram of the desk layout and then click on a seat and enter a time period. By default, an MA could be assigned a specific space for the entire time of its working time model.

It would be nice if the absences tomorrow and the day after tomorrow ignore the non-working days such as Saturday and Sunday. So when you watch Friday, it shows the absences for Monday and Tuesday.

As soon as a time entry has been created, the dialog can no longer be opened. You can therefore still change individual fields (From, To, Comment...), but important functions such as the project tree or comment suggestions are missing, making the change very cumbersome and prone to errors. Wish: Possibility to call up the time entry dialog of an entry that has already been created again (e.g. by double-clicking or right-click->Change)

Please refer the deadline for canceling hours to working days (e.g. on Monday, no hours can be added for Friday if 1 day has been discontinued).

The salary of the respective employee is directly visible under “My Profile”/“Contract Information”. This means that when an employee opens this page, this information also becomes public to everyone who sees the screen. In our office, not all employees in a position have the same salary, it is a question of ability and office membership, so salary is a sensitive issue. For data protection reasons, this data should only be made public with an additional click and a warning.

Sensitive data can be viewed in the personal area under “My Profile”. Here, some colleagues expressed the wish to be able to secure this area with a second password request. The reason for this is that prjo should be open and accessible to many employee concerns without having to log in again during the day. In this case, personal data may not be protected from access by third parties. If this area is additionally secured (perhaps even as 2FA in perspective), this, albeit theoretical, possibility would not exist. It would also be good if every user could choose whether to activate this additional security level permanently. But these are details that may depend on your specific concept. I find that viewing attendance, telephone list and birthday days is very useful. However, our team never looks into it - as it is also quite hidden under “X present”. Couldn't you have the whole part below the time booking, as there is still plenty of space? This gives you everything at a glance and is automatically informed as you book your daily time.

In the weekly view, positive values of the AZ account are shown negatively in total.

In the personal area, individual employees can see their percentage distribution of work among the individual under projects. When presenting the last 4 weeks, vacation, for example, is also shown. We use this approach for capital planning and as a result, the shares actually posted on projects are falsified (reduced if vacation is taken during this period).

In the search line of the telephone list, you should be able to search not only for employee names, but also for projects.
