If there are two closely interlinked but economically separated offices (e.g. several limited liability companies), it is generally recommended to use two PROJO accounts, each of which contains the employees who are employed by the respective company and who manage the projects whose orders also run legally through the respective company. When working closely, however, it is desirable that the absences of employees from one account can be displayed in the overall calendar of the other account, e.g. to enable coordinated absence planning.

Has there ever been a consideration of developing Projo as an app for mobile devices? For example, to record working time on the go.

The display of widgets in the office or project manager dashboard should be configurable throughout the office. By only showing dashboard widgets relevant to the office, the focus is on the data that is really meaningful.

So far, only contracts, projects, customers and invoices have appeared in the global search. It would be nice if employees could also be looked for there:).

It would be great if the scroll bars could be fixed at the bottom of the screen in all areas. For example, with longer project lists, you always have to go to the scroll bar at the very bottom so that you can then view the columns on the far right.

Unfortunately, the “Illness” evaluation is only available in hours and not in working days

Are there strategic considerations to implement an AI model in projo in order to be able to efficiently search and evaluate the PROJO database using AI?

Please also display the percentage variance from deployment budget to benefit level in EUR (€) in the contract structure. Otherwise, you always have to calculate it manually...

When data is entered in projo, you currently always have to click on the next input field to be able to make an entry. From our point of view, it would be nice if projo could jump to the next input field using keyboard shortcuts (Tab or Enter). This would mean that you would have to switch between keyboard and mouse less often, which in my opinion would significantly improve the user experience. I understand that this may lead to conflicts with system functions and that the implementation may not be so trivial, but I would still like it.:)

Currently, you can only export all absences to Outlook. But we would only like to export holidays. That is currently not possible. Or yes?
