In the dashboard, the “Requested absences” should only be visible to employees who are also on the team of the respective project manager. The list should match notifications.

Team leaders are currently receiving notifications about vacation requests, unregistered hours, birthdays, etc. The plethora of messages sometimes causes vacation approvals to get lost and is perceived as “spam” in the email inbox. It would be nice if the typical “Unsubscribe or change these notifications” button was attached to the notification emails. It would be good if you could set which of these topics is relevant under the “Notifications” field. It would also be good to be able to choose which employees you would like to receive these notifications for. (e.g. birthday - Anna, Tim and Max; vacation - all; missing time entries - no one) (Birthdays are also included in our company calendar, missing working time entries may not be kept up by the team leader, but vacation approvals are really important) The settings should affect both email notifications and “messages” in Projo.

In order to be able to issue and send offers and invoices only reviewed by supervisors or managing directors, it would be desirable if: Offers/invoices with “Draft” status would have “Advance” or “Draft” lettering on PDF output. If offers and invoices prepared by accounting/project managers, etc., could go through a step-by-step review process. The final approval and signature can only be done by stamping (a signature image with a transparent background) or clicking on a “checked” button by authorized persons.
