In my opinion, the following behavior when registering the level of performance in the contract structure of a project is unfavorable and should be changed. For offer items that are offered as a unit price (or after units created by yourself), Projo changes the offer amount in the contract structure if the performance level exceeds the number of pieces. This can lead to errors and irritation on the part of clients or in controlling. I suggest that Projo does not (automatically) increase the order amount and that a warning be issued when a higher performance level is entered than contractually agreed (i.e. stored in the contract structure). Example: A service is agreed, for example, as follows: 15 pieces (plans, local appointments, etc.) of 100 EUR per item -> offer and order amount = 1,500 EUR. If you now adjust the performance level in the last column for invoicing under Project -> Contract -> Contract structure tab and (inadvertently) choose a higher value than stored in the contract structure, then the following is currently happening: Projo automatically increases the order amount to the higher value x unit price. If you have entered 100 pieces by mistake (because unfortunately I always confuse the unit price with the% performance level), then Projo increases the order amount to 100 * 100 EUR = 10,000 EUR (vs. 1,500 EUR) without warning. In addition, far too much would of course be billed. It is clear that this is a mistake on our part that should not happen! (but unfortunately happens again and again). If you then want to change that back to 15 pieces, Projo still keeps the increased order amount of 100 pieces. Deferral is only possible through manual manipulation of the order amounts in the contract structure. Since the calculation from piece x EP itself cannot be adjusted in the contract structure, you have to manipulate the sums yourself, which is even more difficult if surcharges or discounts in the position are also affected. Unit costs may be higher than offered (because, for example, more plans were printed than originally ordered). However, depending on the contractual agreement, this does not automatically increase the order amount. Factually, this is usually incorrect, or would usually be agreed with the client through an addendum. No building owner wants an automatic increase in order amounts.
